Contact Us During Conversion

We’re Here for You

You may contact us for support during the conversion using the information below. After conversion, when the plan is active in the PlanPremier®-TPA platform, different resources will provide ongoing support.

By Telephone

An implementation coordinator is assigned to support the sponsor throughout the conversion.

  1. Please call your implementation coordinator using the direct extension provided by American Funds.
  2. If you have not yet received your implementation coordinator’s contact information, please contact your financial professional.
  3. Although the implementation coordinator is your primary contact during the conversion process, you may contact American Funds with general inquiries by calling (877) 872-5159 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

By Email

Email inquiries can be sent to rpservices@capitalgroup.com. When sending email, please include your American Funds plan ID number on all correspondence to help us identify your plan, route your message to your implementation coordinator and respond in a timely manner.
