Capital Group’s website for financial professionals offers several tools to help you manage your clients’ American Funds accounts. To view and act on accounts in your book of business, use the “Log In” button at the top of any page and click “Log in to Client Accounts.”
Client Accounts provides a dashboard with your total assets and client list, top transactions and important messages. You can also access accounts to view transaction and balance history, update account options or perform maintenance and transactions.
When you need to send us a form or document, hover over “Tools & Resources” in the top navigation bar to quickly “Submit Documents Online.” Our electronic submission tool allows you to securely upload and submit documents or forms to us. Documents can be attached in PDF or various image file formats.
When you need information to help establish, update or transact on your clients’ accounts, access the “Account Resource Center” from the homepage. Or through the “Tools & Resources” menu in the top navigation bar. The “Account Resource Center” includes forms, how-to guides and information to assist in establishing and managing client accounts.
Use “Find forms and how-to information by account type” to assist in opening a new account, updating information on an existing account, like changing a client’s name or address, and performing financial transactions on an account.
You will also find tools to help support you and your book of business, like IRA reports. Each report provides valuable information, specific to your American Funds IRA book of business. To order any of your IRA reports, click “Order report.”
