Updates to account activity email notifications

As part of the enhancements to Client Accounts, we’re also updating your account activity email notifications. Here are the changes you can expect:

  • A new layout, making the emails shorter and more streamlined 
  • Removal of client data, for security purposes 
  • Sent from Capital Group Account Activity Updates at Capital_Group_Account_Activity_Updates@service.capitalgroup.com
  • A new subject line starting with “Your daily/weekly account activity notifications” (depending on the frequency you’ve selected)
     

Here’s a sample of the updated email you’ll soon receive, which is for illustrative purposes only. Keep in mind that notifications will depend on the activity in your book of business.
