If retirement plan sponsors want help meeting their fiduciary obligations in selecting and monitoring investments, they can use their choice of any fiduciary services provider. In addition to others, American Funds facilitates access to ERISA 3(21) or 3(38) services from an independent third-party advisory firm, Wilshire Advisors, LLC (“Wilshire®”). This fiduciary program involves an agreement between the plan sponsor and Wilshire.

Please note that if you choose the 3(21) Fund Menu program, mapping service is optional for $100. Mapping service is not available for the 3(21) Select List program. If you choose the 3(38) program, you may use the mapping service at no additional fee.
