How to access statements and tax forms

When you need your quarterly statements or tax forms, you can access them by logging in to your account online. If it’s the first time you’re logging in, you can set up your online access in just a few steps by selecting “Register now.”
Once you’re logged in, select “Statements and Tax Forms” from the menu to the left of the Account Summary. Here, you’ll find your documents organized by year, starting with the current year. Use the drop-down menu to access past documents. Remember, tax forms are based on the calendar year of the transaction. For example, to access the form for a withdrawal taken in December of 2024, select “2024.”
To access a statement or a tax form, just select the document. It will open on your screen. From there, you can review, print or save the file. If the tax form you’re looking for isn’t displayed, it may not be available yet or the account may not have had tax-reportable activity during the year. Use the links below to easily access the tax form schedule to check when forms will be available and forms you may receive for information on what forms you can expect.
If you need an official statement verifying your account’s value on a specific date, use the Account Balance Statement tool. You can enter a specific date or select a quarter-end from the drop-down menu.
