Online account access offers an easy and convenient option to manage your account at Capital Group, including checking your account value, updating your contact information, completing transactions and more. Access your online account by entering your user name and password. If it’s the first time you’re logging in, you can set up your online access in just a few steps.
After you log in, you’ll find your “Account Summary,” including your total portfolio value. If you have more than one account, a summary of each account’s current value and returns is displayed below. Select a specific account to access additional details and easily complete transactions, including investments, withdrawals and exchanges. Below the “Account Summary,” you’ll find additional information, including your financial professional, details about the funds you’re invested in, an interactive graph showing how the account has changed over time and your current allocations. We’ve also provided easy access to additional resources and educational information.
When you need to make changes to your contact information, just access your “Profile” on the top left. From here, you can update your mailing and email addresses. And you can update your “Communication Preferences” to enroll in paperless delivery, a faster way to receive your statements and get notifications as soon as new documents are ready.
Use the other options in the menu below your profile to access your “Transaction & Balance History,” review and download your “Statements and Tax Forms,” submit documents to us electronically and more.
