Updates to email notifications

As part of the enhancements to your online account experience, we’re also updating the account notification emails you receive whenever there’s activity on your account(s). Here are the changes you can expect:

  • A new layout, making the emails more streamlined and easier to understand 
  • Additional emails will be sent whenever there’s activity on your account(s) for increased security 
  • Sent from Capital Group Account Notifications at Capital_Group_Account_Notifications@service.capitalgroup.com
  • A new subject line starting with “Account alert”
     

Here’s a sample of the updated email you’ll soon receive, which is for illustrative purposes only. Keep in mind that notifications will depend on the activity in your account(s).
