Confirm you’re logging in on the correct website

Retirement plan participants in our employer-sponsored retirement plans must visit their plan-specific website to log in to their participant account. Use your plan ID to determine the appropriate website to access your account.

If your plan ID begins with IRK, BRK or 2, visit capitalgroup.com/participant/rkd. Or contact us.

If your plan ID begins with 34 or 135, visit capitalgroup.com/participant/planpremier. Or contact us.

Review the account information section of your retirement plan statement to find the web address associated with your account.

Verify your account number

You can locate your account number on an account confirmation or a quarterly statement. 

Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies

In your browser’s settings, you can clear cookies, cached images and website data that may be impacting website performance. 

Get help with a forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, from the login page, click Forgot password? to receive a one-time passcode to reset your password.

To change your password, log in and go to Profile & Settings.

Get help with a forgotten user name

Investors are required to log in with their user name. If you have forgotten your user name, contact us for assistance. If you have not created a user name, enter your account number in this field and you’ll be prompted to create one.

To change your user name, log in and click Profile & Settings.
