Online registration is easy

In a few simple steps, you can register for secure online access to your account, making it easy to check your balance, complete transactions, update contact information and more.
To register, you’ll need your email address and phone number for 2-step verification, along with your Social Security number, date of birth and account number.
When you’re ready, use the button on the top right of any page to go to the login page and select “Register now.”
The first step to register is to enter your personal information.
Next, enter your email address and your phone number. You’ll also need to select which method you’d like to use for 2-step verification. Verifying your identity helps keep your account and personal information secure.
You may be asked to provide your account number, too.
Now, you’ll create a user name and strong password you’ll use to log in to your account. The requirements are listed below each entry field.
For additional security, you can turn on 2-step verification for every time you log in.
Once registered, you’ll also have the option of adding another email or a phone number for 2-step verification.
Before moving forward, you’ll also need to review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
The final step in registering for online access is completing 2-step verification. Capital Group will send a one-time passcode to the email address or phone number you provided.
Be sure to keep this registration page open while retrieving the passcode. You can open your email in a new browser tab or window or by using a different device.
That’s it! You can review the user name you created and your 2-step verification settings.
When you’re ready, select “Go to Account Summary” to access your account.
