Caroline Janin is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility in Europe for small- to mid-cap companies as a generalist, as well as aerospace and defense. She has 15 years of investment industry experience. She holds an MBA from Columbia University, where she was part of the Value Investing Program, and a bachelor's degree in government from Wesleyan University. Caroline is based in London.

 

 

 

Zach Alexander is an equity investment analyst with 11 years of investment industry experience (as of 12/31/2025). He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduating with distinction.
