Capital Group Names Rob Hardy Corporate Governance Director

LONDON, February 23, 2021 — Capital Group, one of the world’s largest and most experienced investment firms, with more than US$2.3 trillion in assets under management*, today announced the appointment of Rob Hardy as Corporate Governance Director and member of the firm’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) leadership team. Hardy joined Capital Group in February and will be based in London.

Hardy has over 25 years of industry experience and was most recently head of Investment Stewardship for the EMEA region at J.P.
