Client Relationship Summary

Form CRS (Client Relationship Summary), also known as the ADV Part 3, is a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) required disclosure meant to provide investors with easy-to-understand information about the nature of their relationship with the firm. Form CRS contains information about the services provided, fees, conflicts of interest and other topics relevant to retail investors.

Capital Research and Management Company and Capital International, Inc. serve solely as financial professionals to Separately Managed Account (SMA) programs and do not act as the sponsors to any SMA program. Clients who enroll in SMA programs should also carefully review the Form CRS, ADV brochures and other program documents provided by the sponsor and/or their financial professional.

Capital Group Private Client Services, Inc. (CGPCS) provides investment management and related services primarily to high net worth retail investors. CGPCS clients should also review ADV brochures, their account’s governing documents and other disclosure documents provided by their Private Wealth Adviser.
