Alan Heaton is head of OCIO at Capital Group. He has 30 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 10 years. Prior to joining Capital, Alan worked for CE2 Capital and was responsible for portfolio investments in renewable energy projects and environmental commodities. Before that, he held several senior management roles at Morgan Stanley, where he also managed client portfolios. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Alan is based in Los Angeles.
