Who I work with
Many of my clients are multigenerational families and I seek to support their full range of financial needs — from retirement and estate planning to charitable giving and investment education. I also work with women in transition, including those facing divorce or the sudden loss of a spouse. Often they are in control of assets for the first time and I partner with them to increase their financial literacy. It’s very gratifying to see them gradually take greater command of their finances.
How I serve entire families
A real benefit of Capital Group Private Client Services is that our guidance extends to the whole family. If parents are clients, so are their children and grandchildren. This has a number of benefits; the younger generations benefit from our resources, extensive services, and investing and estate planning knowledge, and we gain a deeper picture of the family dynamics, needs and objectives.
My system for helping clients
I pride myself on being approachable, responsive and transparent. I also strive to be innovative. Clients often present challenging problems or have objectives that can seem ambitious and daunting. By asking lots of questions, thinking creatively and drawing on our knowledge and resources, I am able to build highly customized solutions that address those challenges and bring their goals within reach.
“My parents are from working class families and had very limited money management skills. Looking back, I see what a big difference financial advice would have made to them. That really drives home the power of the work we do at Capital Group Private Client Services.”
