I started my career at Capital Group working directly with mutual fund shareholders and speaking daily with dozens of financial advisors. Over time, I realized how much I prize longstanding relationships. At Capital Group Private Client Services, I get to know my clients deeply, delivering a very high level of service and doing what’s right for them. Those are the bedrock principles on which our company is based.
What informs my approach to serving clients
I enjoy working with multiple generations of families, addressing the wealth planning needs for each age group and their stage of life. That means tackling some fundamental but complex questions: How will my assets support me and my family? How can I help family members charting their life paths? How can I leave a legacy? My experience — combined with the vast resources of Capital Group Private Client Services — are geared toward helping clients answer these questions with confidence.
What motivates your work?
The financial component of what we do is crucial. But our financial guidance is in service to something even more important: the personal side of our clients’ lives. I get enormous satisfaction when a client says to me “My life is easier” or “I can sleep at night because of the work you do.” I take care of clients in the same way I’d want someone to take care of my family.
