News Outdoor was a joint venture between The News Corporation and CIPEF III. News Outdoor was the leading outdoor advertising (i.e., billboards, kiosks, bus shelters, etc.) player in former Yugoslavia and Russia. The company also owned the leading players in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraine, and Turkey.
