Kabel Net was a subsidiary of United International Holdings (UIH). UIH was a U.S. company formed in 1989 to develop cable television systems in countries with low cable penetration. UIH partially owned and provided management services to operators in 25 countries including Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Hungary and Israel.
