CIPEF I joined Owens Illinois, the world’s leading producer of glass packaging products, in a consortium that acquired control of Jaroslaw, Poland’s leading manufacturer of glass containers for the beverage and food industry. Under the consortium’s management, Jaroslaw’s facilities were extensively modernized, and the company strengthened its status as the dominant Polish producer of glass containers.
