Burren was an oil production, transport and trading company operating in the Caspian. Burren owned a 25% share in the Nebit Dag PSA oil & gas fields, located in Western Turkmenistan. Burren developed its oil transport and trading operations to become one of the major players in this business and took over operatorship of a scaled-down Nebit Dag operation. Burren Energy was successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2003.
