Transaction Request Form - For switching of holdings from non-ZL to ZL share class

Only ZL and equivalent share classes are available on Endowus. If you hold non-ZL share classes and wish to switch to Endowus, fill up the Transaction Request Form to switch to an equivalent ZL share class within your JPMorgan TA account. Transfer Form  – For transfer of ZL share class and equivalent from JPMorgan TA to Endowus HK

This section describes how to migrate from JP Morgan Bank S.E. - Luxembourg Branch (Transfer Agency)  (“JPMorgan TA”) to Endowus.

As an existing investor in the CG Lux funds, your shift to Endowus consists of 2 parts: 

1.       Open an Endowus account (see earlier section)

2.       Migrate holdings from JPMorgan TA to Endowus account

•  Switch holdings from non-ZL to ZL share class (only for associates who currently do not hold ZL and equivalent share classes)
• Complete and submit HKO Transfer Form.

Note: Endowus does not allow joint accounts with minors at this point. If you have an account opened with JPMorgan TA with a joint holder below 18 years, you will not be able to set up your account on Endowus with the same structure. For further guidance on transfers, please refer to the FAQ or contact a member of Client Operations team at Client_Operations@capgroup.com.

SWITCH HOLDINGS FROM NON-ZL TO ZL SHARE CLASS

This section is only for investors who currently hold share classes other than ZL and equivalent. If you currently hold ZL and equivalent share classes, please skip this step.

Only ZL and equivalent share classes are available on Endowus. If you hold non-ZL share classes and wish to switch to Endowus, fill up the Transaction Request Form within your JPMorgan TA account. This must be done before transferring your holdings to your Endowus account. 

Send the transaction request form to JPMorgan TA BAU Dealing at jpmbl.tadealing@jpmorgan.com as per existing process. You may reach out to a member of Client Operations team at Client_Operations@capgroup.com should you have any questions. 

COMPLETE AND SUBMIT TRANSFER FORM

In order to transfer existing holdings in your JPMorgan TA account to Endowus, complete the HKO Transfer Form, including details of both your JPMorgan TA account and Endowus account. Submit this form, together with your most recent JPMorgan TA account monthly statement to Endowus Trade Ops at tradeops@endowus.com. Please kindly use the email subject “CG Transfer In Request - YYYYMMDD”.

You may expect to receive an email from Endowus that a transfer-in request has been submitted, as well as a confirmation email once the transfer is completed.

Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you may proceed to subscribe/redeem and manage your investments on Endowus.
