- You are entitled to open account(s) with JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg S.A. (Transfer Agency) in your own name and invest directly at beneficial terms.
- The “How to Invest” section contains the forms required to request eligibility, open an account or modify the details of any existing account(s), as well as an FAQ, a guide to investing, and tax information.
- Similarly to your other financial service arrangements, it is your responsibility to provide the necessary application, identification, tax and source of wealth documents as detailed on our account opening forms – at inception and on an ongoing basis. Please also note that CG does not provide any investment or tax advice and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with your tax reporting obligations.
