Shaun Tucker is a sales enablement lead at Capital Group, responsible for sales training and messaging, advisor education and practice management, and sales tools and technology (CRM) teams. He has 20 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 19 years. Earlier in his career at Capital, he was the western division manager in Capital’s retirement plan business. Before that, he was the national sales manager of the traditional institutional business. Prior to joining Capital, he was a relationship manager at Laffer Associates, an economic research and consulting firm. Before that, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, with management responsibilities in electrical and mechanical engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Shaun is based in Los Angeles.
