Prior to joining Capital, she was a key account sales manager and regional sales director with Morningstar, Inc. Before that, she was a sales consultant for Ibbotson Associates. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and marketing from DePaul University. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® designations and the Certified Financial Planner™ certification. She is a member of CFA Society Orange County and the Financial Planning Association. Cindy is based in Los Angeles.
