Prior to joining Capital, he was managing director of global equities at General Motors Asset Management in New York. Before that, he was a founding partner of Wells & Associates, and a manager of corporate planning and senior economist for J.C. Penney Company. He holds a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University at Albany, State University of New York. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
