We’ve enhanced our RecordkeeperDirect solution with a new suite of online enrollment services, including ongoing beneficiary and deferral designation services, which can now be enabled by all RecordkeeperDirect plans.
The new digital capabilities offer a more automated experience for all involved, replacing manual processes that require paper forms.
The features offer benefits to both new and existing plans:
Plan sponsors must take action to enable these services. If your clients want to take advantage of these benefits, they must return the Online Enrollment Authorization form along with the Beneficiary Data file and Participant Deferral data file in order to upload their participants’ existing elections.
