Simplify your retirement plan notice process

No more endless printing or stuffing envelopes. Notice delivery makes it easy to mail disclosure documents and notices to participants and help your plans fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.

It’s one more way that Capital Group, home of American Funds, simplifies plan administration for PlanPremier® and RecordkeeperDirect®.

Upload and mail disclosure documents and notices with Notice delivery.

Get started

Log in to the plan administrative website. Then click Plan Notices under the Administration menu.

Using the formatting guidelines on our website, create a notice to inform employees and participants of important plan details such as default investments and fee disclosure.

Then download our template to create a participant list.

Send a notice

Upload your plan notice and participant list. Then review and submit your notice for delivery.

We’ll mail your plan notice within four business days.

Review history

Check the status of your notice and see when it’s been sent. You and plan sponsors can also view a detailed history of your past notices in one convenient place.

How much does this service cost?

There is a flat fee of $2.00 per participant for each document that we send (up to 50 pages). These costs will be billed to the plan’s quarterly recordkeeping invoice.

Who can request to send a notice?

Designated plan sponsor contacts and TPAs have access to send notices. Other plan contacts, including the plan’s financial advisor, have access to review notice history.
