Keeping participant information up-to-date and preventing missing participants is easier than ever, with new features Capital Group has added to RecordkeeperDirect® plans.
Plan sponsors are responsible for maintaining accurate participant records, including keeping addresses up-to-date, to ensure appropriate plan materials and benefits can be delivered in a timely manner. To help you and your plan sponsor clients with this responsibility, we’ve made enhancements to provide greater visibility on participants with undeliverable mailing addresses on file.
You and your clients can take advantage of these new features:
To use the website filtering capability, in the Plan Administration section of the site, select the Participants tab and then use the “Stop Mail” drop-down menu to filter by date range and produce a list of participants with mail returned as undeliverable. The email notifications and participant messaging will be delivered automatically.
