This demo is provided exclusively for your use or the use of your clients to evaluate the RecordkeeperDirect® retirement plan program.

The RecordkeeperDirect sponsor website is designed to help make it easy for plan sponsors to manage their plans. The site can be used to submit payroll contributions; add and update participant information; process plan fees; run reports; download plan forms and documents; and much more. The following screens will highlight key features of the site.

Use the arrows at the left and right to navigate through the demo, or jump to a specific screen by clicking a link below. Please keep in mind that the screens in this demo are not active and don’t have the working links, navigation and functionality like the live website.

Plan Summary

After login, you’re taken to the Plan Summary page, where you’ll find a plan overview and be able to view breakdowns of plan assets.

Use the tabs in the blue bar near the top of the page to navigate the site. See the right side of the page for useful news, reminders and tips. At the top right of any page, you can access FAQs and the Admin Guide, which has instructions on how to use the website, details about plan policies and procedures and more.

Plan Administration: Payroll

The Payroll page is where plan contributions for each pay period are submitted and managed. Add a new payroll, or search for and review pending and previous payrolls.

Plan Administration: Participants

On the Participants screen, you can add new participants to the plan or search through existing participants to view or change their information.

Summaries of key topics are available on the right side of many Plan Administration pages.

Plan Administration: Loans

If your plan allows loans, use the Loans page to check the status of existing loans, and view and manage at-risk and defaulted loans. You can also review and approve participant loan requests if your plan uses electronic loan services. The Loan Payment Calculator can help determine repayment amounts for prospective new loans.

Plan Administration: Online Billing Portal

Easily access and pay invoices electronically in the Online Billing Portal. Sponsors can set up automatic payments, make one-time payments, and review notifications and past invoices.
