Capital Group Private Client Services has always been guided by an unwavering commitment to our clients and to doing what’s best for each of you. This principle is at the heart of our firm, and we try to show it every day through our dedicated service and personal attention.
To put it simply: While wealth can be defined by a number, we believe wealth management is about more than that. It’s about people.
A year ago, we began to explore how to better convey this message to our clients and the outside world. Since then, we’ve put a lot of thought into how to tell our story and reflect your experience. That included speaking to clients like you, who shared why they chose our firm and what they value about their relationships with us.
It was a lengthy process, and we’re proud to show you the results, starting with this issue of Quarterly Insights. We are incorporating a new look and feel that will extend across our website and communications over the coming weeks.
To be sure, we’re not altering any of our products or services, or how we serve you. Rather, we’re refreshing the language and tone with which we articulate it all. In other words, this is an evolution in our brand expression to better reflect what you’re already feeling and experiencing from us. In that spirit, we are changing the title of our Investment Counselors to Private Wealth Advisors to align with the holistic role they play.
There’ll be more to come in the next few weeks and months. We hope you like what you see. We’re excited to share it with you.
