From the start of the pandemic to today, we have worked to minimize business disruptions and kept our service centers open. We’ve adapted and continue to be available, even as our associates face many of the same life challenges that you do.

Despite our very best efforts, there may be times when there’s an increase in calls, and you may experience longer than average wait times when contacting our service centers. When you log in to your account on our website, you can:

  • Check your account balance
  • Link your bank account to add money to your account
  • Process withdrawals
  • Purchase, sell and exchange shares
  • View and download statements and tax forms

If you haven’t logged in to your account before, you’ll just need your account number — found on any quarterly statement — and the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number. Refer to our log in help for more information.
