A one-time passcode feature has replaced the security image and questions that investors have used to log in to their online accounts.
A Stronger, More Convenient Login Process
In addition to greater account security, the one-time passcode feature makes it easier for investors to reset their password or verify their identity when we don’t recognize the device they’re using to access their account.
We’ll Help You Get Started
To establish this new security feature, we’ll ask investors to provide an email address or text-enabled phone number when they log in to their account.
A Change to the Homepage
Along with the new passcode feature, investors will also notice a change on the homepage of our website. The link to log in to their accounts is now located in the upper-right corner of the page, in the black navigation bar.
Investments are not FDIC-insured, nor are they deposits of or guaranteed by a bank or any other entity, so they may lose value.
Investors should carefully consider investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. This and other important information is contained in the fund prospectuses and summary prospectuses, which can be obtained from a financial professional and should be read carefully before investing.
