A company retirement plan is a valuable benefit that can help you pursue your goals for the future. In this short video, we'll give you an overview of our easy enrollment process and help you make the most of your plan. As soon as you're eligible to enroll, you'll receive an enrollment notification. That means it's time to visit your plan's enrollment educational website. There, you can learn more about your plan and your investment options. Armed with that information, you're ready to enroll. Based on your plan, you may receive an enrollment form, or you may be able to enroll online through our website or mobile app. To enroll online, first, you'll need to enter your personal information to verify your account. If your plan offers quick enrollment, you can simply opt to enroll using your employer's predetermined options. Otherwise, you'll need to first select your contribution rate. That's the amount of your salary that you'd like to invest with each paycheck.
Then, you'll choose how you'd like to invest your contributions. You can build your own portfolio choosing a mix of individual funds based on your investment objectives, or, for plans that offer target date investments, you can simplify this process by choosing a single diversified fund that's based on your expected retirement year. Confirm your selections and that's it. Your enrollment is complete. While you're at it, it's a good idea to add beneficiaries to your account. Once enrolled, you can manage your account using our secure website and mobile app. There, you can access easy to use tools and resources to help you track your savings progress.
